Getting a tattoo by Cesar has been a bucketlist item for me for a while. I FINALLY was able to have that dream fulfilled and there are no words to truly describe my experience. I got a tribute piece for my parents who both passed. There was no other artist I wanted to get this piece from. Cesar is not only a true professional but, being a family man, he knew what this piece meant to me and made it a piece I will proudly display. I am already thinking of what my next piece will be and you can be sure that Victorian Ink is where I will be going.

I found Victorian Ink on instagram as they are near my sisters house. I have had an amazing experience each time I go. Stephanie is so willing to work with you, listen to your ideas, and answer your questions, no matter how ridiculous I feel asking them. The shop itself is very clean and you get a super personal experience as it’s not a huge place full of people which can be intimidating to some people. On top of that, the work speaks for itself. I’ve got 3 tattoos done there and plan to go back next week.

Wanted to get a large anime forearm piece for my first tattoo, and liked Cesar’s portfolio. He was very easygoing and made the process simple. I came up with a basic and complicated idea, but he was able to make it work and look AMAZING. He even used his experience drawing comics and manga to provide suggestions on how to make the piece look as good as possible. Nonstop compliments, even from my “anti-tattoo” family. The shop was a relaxed, clean environment. Cesar doesn’t tattoo too hard, so even a first timer like me was able to sit through a 6 hour session without need for a break. Will definitely return in the future, highly recommend Cesar for any anime-related work.
